How long do orders take to fill?
Most of the current images on my site are in stock and ready to ship as seen in the photograph.
However, designs like the Pods, Overflow, Orbits, Caged Crystals (and others) are core repeat designs as opposed to one of a kind. If you order an item from one of these lines I will let you know ahead of time if I need to remake that design, in which case there might a longer wait time. The remade design will look close to the website image, but won't be a replica. I will contact you if this is indeed the case and will send a photo of the remade piece to make sure you like it before mailing.
Do you accept returns?
I accept returns 7 days after delivery date. Customer pays for return postage, and any items that have been damaged post delivery will have a 75% price of item charge. Items damaged during travel are not the responsibility of customer.
How do I care for my jewelry?
1) I include a polishing square with each purchase (except for certain designs that don't need to be polished). Use this to polish areas of designs that are NOT black (the black is a patina).
2) Each purchased piece will be mailed in a clear bag that will include a charcoal anti tarnish square, if you store purchases in this bag it will lessen exposure to moisture therefore reducing silver tarnish.
3) You can dip jewelry in 1 part Tarnex (or similar product) to 1 part water. EXCEPT any Pod designs, Snakeskin, Caged Crystals, Pearls, Opals should not be dipped! Do not put any of the above in an ultrasonic cleaner either.
4) Do not expose any leather or Caged Crystals to water.
5) Electricity designs will come with their own instruction care card and explanation of anodizing process.
Do I love that you bought a piece of my jewelry and paid me for something I love to do?
